VESAP 1 is specifically designed to meet the requirements of the Vascular Surgery Board’s Maintenance of Certification program. It is an invaluable aid in preparing for qualifying, certification, or recertification exams, or to simply remain current in the specialty of vascular surgery.

  • Vascular surgeons can use VESAP 1 as the self-assessment component of Maintenance of Certification Part 2.

CME Credit

The Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

  • SVS designates VESAP 1 for a maximum of 45 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
  • VESAP 1 is approved by the Vascular Surgery Board as fulfilling the self-assessment component of Maintenance of Certification Part 2.
  • The American Board of Surgery will accept VESAP 1 as fulfilling part of the self-assessment requirement for maintenance of certification in General Surgery.
