Post A Screening Event On Vascular Web

If you would like your screening event listed on Vascular Web's screening events page, you can:

1. Download the sign up form and fax it to the SVS office at 312-334-2320, or
2. Email communications@vascularsociety.org with the following information: location of the event; city and state; date and time; contact name, phone number, and email address.
