Vascular Surgeons Address Diversity Issues

E. Stanley Crawford Critical Issues Forum topic at 62nd Vascular Annual Meeting

SAN DIEGO (May 26, 2008) —

Vascular healthcare among diverse cultures will be discussed at the prestigious E. Stanley Crawford Critical Issues Forum during the 2008 Vascular Annual Meeting in San Diego on Thursday, June 5, 10:15 a.m.

The Crawford Forum is a Vascular Annual Meeting tradition and considered one of the most important sessions of the meeting. Each year the forum topic addresses a major focus for the specialty, emphasizing the concern vascular surgeons have to ensure quality care for all. The agenda addresses seven topics related to diversity and a review of the Orthopedic Diversity Initiative, with a panel discussion following.
